A modern, well-designed and state-of-the-art housing development needs the appropriate branding and literature. We developed the identity from the ground up and produced all the material to reflect the high quality nature of the product on offer. We also produced the interactive for use in the marketing suite.

Creating a striking cover is an important part of any brochure – first impressions last. Here we created a highly tactile product that begged to be picked up and looked at. Using a special Pantone blue for this cover we coupled it with a repeating pattern printed in high-lift UV ink.

Here we created a striking brand and carried the identity through to a stylish brochure, which also housed informative inserts. As with most projects for this kind of development, we provided the full service, creating all the content for the brochures including copy and photography through to the detailed floorplans and siteplan.

Taking on board the existing branding we were tasked to produce a brochure with a high-end feel to match the properties on offer. The hard backed cover for this oversized A4 brochure has a subtle pattern which catches the light in interesting ways. The brochure also contains 3D floor plans which brings an extra dimension to the technical pages.
